A Squibb-style dropping (separatory) funnel of 500 mL in lab-grade borosilicate 3.3 glass with a glass key stopcock and an interchangeable plastic stopper in a 24/29 socket. The clear glass shows the contents, and the stopcock lets liquids, including reagents, be added slowly drop by drop for titrations, neutralisations and other transfers. It is autoclavable, highly durable chemically and withstands high temperatures and thermal shock; the glass has a strain point of 515 °C, an annealing point of 565 °C and a softening point of 820 °C.
