Equilateral Prism Classroom Set (1 in, 2 in, 4 in Lengths), 18-Piece, Acrylic
A classroom pack of six three-piece equilateral prism sets, 18 prisms in all, in highly polished, durable acrylic. Each set has prisms 25, 50 and 100 mm (1, 2 and 4 inches) long with 25 mm faces. They are used for experiments on optics, refraction and wavelength, and for photographic lighting effects. Even in room light, shining a phone's LED through a small slit cut in black paper makes a ray that the prism splits into a rainbow on a nearby surface.
