Open-Type Economy Rheostat, Model B5
An open slide-wire rheostat for use as a series resistor or potentiometer. The resistance element is oxidised constantan wire wrapped around a 43 mm tube, which keeps the turns insulated; the supports are moulded ABS and there are three 4 mm socket terminals. This version is 400 mm long, rated 10.5 ohms and 6.5 A.
