A pack of 24 rimmed test tubes, 50 mL (1.7 oz), 24 x 150 mm, in borosilicate 3.3 glass with even 1.2 mm walls for good thermal-shock resistance. The fire-polished beaded rims resist chipping and cracking. They are autoclavable, highly durable chemically and withstand direct flame, high temperatures and thermal shock; strain point 515 °C, annealing point 565 °C, softening point 820 °C. Each is 5.9 inches (150 mm) tall, 0.95 inch (24 mm) outside and 22.8 mm inside, taking stoppers 20–21 mm at the bottom and 24–26 mm at the top. Built for professional labs, they also suit classrooms and the home, or storing spices and craft supplies.
